Biblical Principles to Guide Policy

Who we are and where we come from is important. There is a history and we have a purpose. The lies that people tell about history when they don’t know the truth or don’t want that truth is religion. The Bible records history, both good and bad. There is a science to finding out the past. You look at the evidence. If someone wiped out all of the historical records, then we would have the evidence of design that needs a Designer. Evidence of design is what made me look at all of the origin beliefs and find whether any line up with the evidence. One did. The Bible.

1 Peter 3:15 "But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear"

When I discuss my beliefs in anything, I try to make it clear that I'm just offering my understanding on the information and then I back it up with my sources when asked.

My belief in the Creator is what guides my decisions on what policy to support.  I try not to put my faith in ANY leader, but support them when they promote policy that is aligned with the Biblical principles. The Framers of our Founding documents were only men and subject to the same shortcomings of all men. The principles that the tried to instill in our founding documents are solidly Biblical. This is what gives hope to those coming to our country to escape the corruption of the ones they leave behind.  Unfortunately, the rights endowed by our Creator were not given to all at our foundation and as they became realized by more and more, they were people steadily voting away our rights at the same time.
