Those That Can't, Teach

So, if you make a product, the chances are you want to get it in as many stores as possible.  If you make a car, you want to get it in as many dealerships as possible.   The dealers BUY your cars and SELL them to the people that saw your commercial and are interested in your product.  You don't pay the dealers to do this.  They work for the difference between what they buy it for and how much they mark it up.

Does everyone pretty much understand this concept?  



Now, if you make cars  and you want to sell more, you make products that the consumer WANTS.  You improve the cars they like, build new and innovative models and discontinue models that they don't want.

Knowing these 3 concepts, let's take a look at GM's bailout.   GM was forced to cutoff many dealerships that cost them nothing and yet acted as the conduit for getting their cars to consumers.   GM was forced to promote an all electric vehicle in markets where there was no real demand.   GM was given enough money to pay the unions that were sucking off all the profits.  They continued to pay more and more to people that worked a number of years and then retired.  In other words, they are paying people to NOT build cars.  That number of non-workers has been growing to the point that GM CAN NO LONGER MAKE A PROFIT.   


This same genius whose team came up with this plan for saving GM is now seeking a second term while claiming that his policies WORK.   

He can ONLY make this claim stick if it was his intention ruin our economy.  

Obama: President/Enemy of the United States

Obama has been engaged in crony capitalism: using our money to subsidize his pet industries. And basically all he's been doing is setting up these fraudulent, phony green industry businesses like Solyndra which become a conduit for laundering money.


Donors give to Obama; Obama gives them money for their private business such as solar panels. They start their business, and in every almost every case, they go under and the people who work there lose their jobs. They didn't have to pay back the money THEY WERE GIVEN, YOUR MONEY! They just used it up in failed businesses. Obama gets his campaign donations out of it, the people that donated get some of their money back, and everybody was happy -- except the people that worked there.

71% of Obama's Energy Department grants and loans, like the ones you just heard about, went to people who were bundlers and members of Obama's national Finance Committee or they were large donors to the Democrat Party.


He’s created Czars, cabinet level positions without Senate’s approval which is required by Constitution. They have ultimate power and funding, and unchecked by Congress. NOT LEGAL!!!

Obamacare is fraudulent in the funding scheme and unconstitutional. He has ignored FEDERAL JUDGES orders to stop implementing before the Supreme Court can rule.
Cap and Trade bill was defeated, but the President has the EPA using regulations do it anyway though it’s making fuel skyrocket while defying our system of government.


He’s stopped offshore oil drilling or exploration off both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts of the United States and in parts of the Gulf of Mexico and stopped new drilling exploration in any states in the United States defying several court orders issued by a federal judge that declared he has no authority to do so. Contempt charges were even filed.


He denounced Drilling and then gave 2 Billion to the Billionaire George Soros' BRAZILIAN Company for offshore drilling. North Korea and the Chi-coms are on the list of countries drilling in the Gulf, but WE won't let OUR companies. Meanwhile, there’s a global food crisis and we continue to put our crops into the gas tank.


Our southern border is basically an open border because he made so much of the federal land in the Border States off-limits to federal, state, and local authorities. So, where do you think the illegals, drugs, and terrorists come through? He ordered the border patrol not to arrest anyone entering, and has stopped deportation proceedings of thousands here illegally bypassing Congress AGAIN.

Obama and Holder SUING AZ along with foreign countries which violates oath of office. How can you sue AZ for enforcing the FEDERAL IMMIGRATION LAWS?


The US Supreme Court ruled that the FCC has NO Constitutional authority to control the Internet. That didn’t stop Obama. He ORDERED the FCC to adopt regulations giving the federal government control of the Internet and its contents, including providing Obama with a kill switch that gives him authority to shut down the Internet.


The Executive branch is supposed to defend the laws adopted by Congress unless they are declared unconstitutional by the United States Supreme Court. Yet he IGNORES the Constitution and basically declares himself all powerful. All other bodies of government have be left irrelevant.


FAST AND FURIOUS – do I need to say more on this?? It was a disgusting attempt to give reason for banning guns. THEY WANTED PEOPLE TO DIE so as to raise the hate and fear of guns.


The POTUS is NOT AUTHORIZED BY THE CONSTITUTION to take our nation to war without the consent of the Congress. There’s one exception; the authority granted to the President by Congress under the War Powers Act. It lets the President to take action without the consent of Congress IF there is an imminent threat to the security of the United States, or its citizens. WHERE is the imminent threat caused by the Civil War in Libya? He aided in the overthrow of an ALLY in Egypt to the benefit of the Muslim Brotherhood. He has sent our military to combat missions in a foreign country without the consent of Congress. He based his authority on a United Nations resolution, and a resolution by the Arab League. Are you kidding me???


He’s used executive orders, laws sneaked through Congress in the dark of night, and administrative actions by his departments to nationalize and control automobile manufacturers, banks, insurance companies, and portions of the healthcare industry, effectively taking us into Socialism. Show me where he has that authority in the Constitution?


HE HAS DIVIDED A GREAT NATION AND IS GIVING THE SPOILS TO HIS CLOSEST SUPPORTERS.

So, Why Jesus?

Many people question Christianity, as well they should.  It’s good to be an informed believer.  I welcome questions from skeptics, especially since I was one.

So, could anyone with enough will power, determination and some special effects have pulled off the claim to the title of Messiah?  Let’s look at that.

There were thousands of prophecies that the Messiah needed to fulfill.   Many of the prophecies no one could control.

  

One is that the Messiah needed to be a descendent of King David.   

Jesus would have had a claim to the throne in 2 ways.   His step father Joseph was a descendant through the main line that had the direct heir lineage.   Also, His Mother Mary was descended via a different line.  This was important because the direct line of heirs was told by God that they would never rule again.   Joseph was descended from Jechonias, Jesus could not rightly claim the throne (see Jeremiah 22:30) had he been Joseph’s natural son, but through His mothers line there was no such problem.  Jesus, would have been King had the rule continued.

Here are eight examples of prophecies that were out of human control (by Jesus):

1.  Place of Birth (Mic 5:2), 

2.  Time of Birth (Dan 9:25; Gen 49:10),

3.  Manner of Birth (Isa 7:14),

4.  Betrayal (Ps 41:9; 55:13), 

5.  Manner of Death (Ps 22:16),

6.  The reactions of people (mocking, spitting, etc),

7.  Piercing (Zech 12:10),

8.  Burial (Isa 53:9)

Peter Stoner explains how the science of probability rules out coincidence in his book "Science Speaks." The chance of someone else meeting just these 8 requirements is 10^17.  Stoner gave this illustration:

If you mark one of ten tickets, and place all the tickets in a hat, and thoroughly stir them, and then ask a blindfolded man to draw one, his chance of getting the right ticket is one in ten. Suppose that we take 10^17 silver dollars and lay them on the face of Texas. They'll cover all of the state two feet deep. Now mark one of these silver dollars and stir the whole mass thoroughly, all over the state. Blindfold a man and tell him that he can travel as far as he wishes, but he must pick up one silver dollar and say that this is the right one. What chance would he have of getting the right one? Just the same chance that the prophets would've had of writing these eight prophecies and having them all come true in any one man, from their day to the present time, providing they wrote them in their own wisdom (Idem, 106-107).

To add to the problem of manipulation, there are 456 characteristics that the Messiah had to have.  It not only impossible to fake, it shows us God is in control. 

My friends, you may not want to believe in or understand why God has made the decisions that He has, but He is real and He has provided us the bail for our offenses to Him.   He loves us.

Now let’s thank Him.

God vs. Aliens

There are incredibly complex circumstances that provide life for us here, add to that the common design and the programming involved in DNA, you would need to come to the conclusion of a Creator. The Bible has an explanation for aliens or the false gods of other religions. They are called the Nephilim.

The religions of the world have common themes. As men spread out from their origin, they took the information with them. Those that didn't stay in communion with God lost parts of the truth. Kinda like when you line up kids and have them pass a secret down the line. However, God kept a lineage supplied with the truth and kept contact with them. So, world religions all have SOME truth, but the Bible is the line of prophets and people with whom He continued to supply knowledge.  The others have filled in the blanks with the wisdom of man.  Some better than others.  Some received knowledge from other sources and lead you away and to destruction

The Universe had a beginning. Space and Time had a beginning. Everything is wearing down. The laws and constants of the Universe have been fine tuned for human life. There is digital code embedded in the DNA molecule in every cell. It could not develop on it's own and aliens would ALSO require DNA which could not develop on it's own.

SETI spent MILLIONS of dollars and years listening for ET. At one time, they had heard a simple radio emission from a pulsar and thought it was some kind of intelligence. It turned out to be just one of the natural radio waves that pulsars produce.  The earth produces these as well.  You can hear some samples on the site of NASA.

Billions of years? That doesn't match up with the evidence. The fact that we still have comets, we haven't lost the moon which drifts about 2in away every year, or the sun as it is shrinking at a rate that makes billions of years impossible.

Just these few general ideas should make you question the currently accepted theories as well as the more spacey ones.

HELP THE RICH!!

HELP THE RICH.............. by allowing more to join them. Vote Conservative and watch the numbers grow. When we hear the pay doesn't go up at this level, but it does for another, I say, "DUH!" You work your way up.  Don't stay at THAT level. You increase your value with education and/or good work record. AND, you stop those that are stepping on the throat of the economy. As the economy grows, so does opportunity.  You remove the barriers and people move up the levels.


We've seen it work, time and time again.  You take the brakes off the economy and get out of the way! We got out of the Great Depression when WWII suspended the New Deal and Conservatives implemented a series of tax cuts after 1945.  We got out of the Carter Recession/Depression/Malaise with the 1983 tax cuts. At the end of Clinton term when the Tech Bubble burst, Bush tried the liberal version of a tax cut.  This was sending rebates. Did NOT work.  In 2003 Bush finally got tax CUTS passed. From 2004 to 2007, federal tax revenues increased by $785 billion, the largest four-year increase in American history according to the Treasury Department.  CUT TAXES AND THERE WILL BE MORE REVENUE.


Bush didn't control the budget when we went into the next recession. Dems took control of the house and senate Jan 1st, 2007. The recession started in the last quarter of 08. They controlled the purse strings for almost 2yrs. Of course, there were many factors both Global and domestic, but the Mortgage crisis cemented  us in.   The Dems created the circumstances and have blocked all attempts to stop it.


The Community Redevelopment Act and Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae, started the process of adding value to worthless paper. Back in 2004, Congress was told that FM/FM was in trouble. The Dems blocked all efforts to make the necessary changes. Bush tried 11 times to pass real reform.


Clinton pumped up the Community Redevelopment Act, a well-intended Carter-era law designed to encourage minority home-ownership.  This created the market for the risky subprime loans. Dodd and Frank led the continued protection and expansion by the Dems.  They continue today.  


Greed and over-leveraging did fuel the secondary market for sub-primes, as in mortgaged-backed securities traded on Wall Street. They will always try to take advantage of what they are given. However, it started with Clinton and his social engineers building on Carter's policy.


They also forced banks to give loans to people who could not afford them.  When the weight of those mortgages became too much & the borrowers had to succumb to them and go into foreclosure.   Thus, becoming a burden on the system, which eventually became too much for Companies that did not foresee the collapse.


One argument I hear from the Left quite often is that the repeal of The Glass-Stea­gall Act by Gramm-Leach-Bliley was the cause. The fact is that it has actually eased the blow to taxpayers by allowing commercial banks to take over trouble investment firms. Glass-Steagal was passed to protect commercial banks from failure by forbidding them from investment bank practices like trading in securities and underwriting stocks and bonds. 


None of the failed institutions are commercial banks that got in trouble through risky investment banking. It was the commercial banks that provided some stability to the system by purchasing troubled investment banks. Without Gramm-Leach-Bliley they would not even be allowed to technically do this.


Bear Stearns was an investment bank before it was sold to JP Morgan Chase (which includes a commercial bank).


Fannie Mae were Freddie Mac were government sponsored entities before becoming fully owned by government.


Lehman Brothers was an investment bank before it want bankrupt.


Merrill Lynch was an investment bank befor it was sold to Bank of America (which is a commercial bank).


AIG is an insurance company with no commercial banking division.


No, it was the CRA.  Since 1995, Fannie and Freddie have been buying subprime securities to help meet government-directed affordable housing goals. By 2004 Fannie and Freddie bought 44% of the entire subprime market. Their biggest customer was Countrywide Financial, who failed to perform due diligence before issuing the loans that their subprime securities were based on. When states like Georgia tried to tighten mortgage lending standards, FM/FM threatened to stop doing business there.


"Obsessed with multiculturalism, that dictated where mortgage lenders could lend, and originally helped create the market for the high-risk subprime loans now infecting like a retrovirus the balance sheets of many of Wall Street's most revered institutions. Tough new regulations forced lenders into high-risk areas where they had no choice but to lower lending standards to make the loans that sound business practices had previously guarded against making.....It was either that or face stiff government penalties."- Robert B. Reich 


We need to clean house.  We need Conservative policies built on Conservative priciples.  They work EVERYTIME they are tried.

This One Thing

One thing that I've learned with certainty:     Never, Ever, Ever pray to get what you deserve.

Us Against Them

My faith still lies in the democratic republic system that we have, thanks to the founders and the great philosophers whose ideas were borrowed to lend to a system that truly worked.

The conservative movement that is happening right now is SO important. There are elitists in BOTH parties. The elites are the ones that think they should make ALL of the decisions. Some have this idea based on their education and some by status of birth. They don't believe the common man capable of taking care of themselves, making their own decisions. With each generation we become more dependent, thereby being closer to acting in the manner the elites believed.

The elites in the Republican Party gave us candidates like Bush the elder, Bob Dole, McCain. However, they are not the majority in our country or in the Republican Party. Conservatives make up the largest segment of the population. The last poll had them at 43%(not all Repb.).

The conservative movement is REtaking the Republican Party. I don't follow personalities. I believe in principles. If you follow great leaders, they will always let you down. They are only human.....save one, JC.
